1. Local representative was very nice and helpful, though was not on site to receive key after checkout, nor was the office available to store our luggage (as agreed)
2. A/C arrangement (coin operated system) seems rather petty. For a 200EUR/night apartment, you would not expect to have to use tokens for A/C. The total cost , in the unlikely event that the A/C were to be operated full time (less the token provided at checkin) amounts to a grand total of 6 EUR per day
3. Wifi was virtually unusable (to his credit the representative said he was aware of this and trying to solve the problems).
4. Acoustics can be a problem, and sound travels throughout the building. We didn't suffer too much from this, as the other guests were relatively quiet.
